- 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP
- Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
- Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Should be well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture
