• Develop and build maintenance task lists within CMMS (SAP-PM).
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to establish and maintain preventative/predictive maintenance schedules.
• Author training materials and technical documentation for maintenance processes.
• Organize and prepare data using Excel for seamless migration to SAP.
• Enter, validate, and build maintenance-related data within SAP.
• Support the creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for preventative maintenance and various maintenance projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hands-on experience with CMMS, specifically SAP-PM
• 8-10 years of experience 
• Proven expertise in developing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating training and process documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, testing, and organization).
• Experience in building and maintaining BOMs for maintenance tasks and projects.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
