Tech Lead/ Architect supporting Support Automation- The resource should have minimum of 10 years of experience and worked as an architect / lead for 5 years.

• Full Stack Experience (JAVA)
• Writing the SOP and build the processes to coordinate with Platform(hybris), Application Build teams
• Dynatrace/APM Experience
• Proactive monitoring and identifying the issues
• Work with the platform team to support on the issues
• Assessing the open vulnerabilities
• Collaborate and work with the security team to address vulnerabilities.
• Automate /Self heel the environment where it is applicable
• Build Production Support dashboards and require reporting
