·  Drive and manage onsite (North Americas), satellite (London) and offshore (India) QA team members in Equity Derivatives area and keep track of each release cycle and project delivery

·  Provide clear direction and vision to QA team members

·  Ensure all regression and new functionality is tested each release cycle

·  Identify and fill gaps in existing QA regression test suite and process.

·  Provide regular status to business and IT stake holders

·  Gather details about testing priorities and focus

·  Sit down with team and Identify types of tests to be performed 

·  Preparation of test plan / strategy document for various types of testing

·  Provide solution for application automation

·  Create test cases, automation scripts (if applicable) 

·  Prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM)

·  Execute tests as per plan

·  Document test results, and log defects for failed cases 

·  Map defects to test cases in RTM 

·  Retest the defect fixes 

·  Track the defects to closure
