Business and Data Analysis:
- Consolidate and analyze data to deliver accurate and insightful reports.
- Implement and review data analyses for accuracy.
- Identify and rectify data anomalies through diligent reconciliations.
- Support process re-engineering efforts and document business processes.
- Develop and present department metrics to senior leadership.
- Monitor department metrics to identify risks and set goals.
- Evaluate and model business solutions, supporting proposals for SAAS vendors.
Project Management:
- Oversee the methodology and processes for managing the portfolio of GCO projects.
- Support team members in aligning project prioritization with strategic goals.
- Maintain project statuses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Establish and drive timely execution of project plans.
- Develop business cases to assess and quantify opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and define project actions, decisions, and risks.
