At least 5+ years experience in People Tools

At least 5 years experience in hands-on implementation or support with Peoplesoft HR modules

At least 5 years experience  in systems development life cycle for multiple Peoplesoft HR implementations

At least 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft tools including PeopleCode

5+ years’ relevant experience in PeopleSoft applications, specifically developed on PeopleTools 8.5x and PeopleSoft Internet Architecture

Description

Responsibilities for Peoplesoft developer
 

  • Very well versed in SQR, PeopleCode, App Engine, PLSQL  Development (ORACLE, MSSQL)
     
  • Fix defects reported in PeopleTools
     
  • Answer questions posted in PeopleTools forums by PT Support Personnel
     
  • Design, develop and unit test project initiatives for PS HR/Benefits application
     
  • Manage IT Service Desk queue as it pertains to HR Business Systems group
     
  • Partner with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll groups to maintain normal functionality of
    PeopleSoft HR
     
  • Document  business processes, develop functional and technical specifications in
    support of software initiatives
     
  • Provide day-to-day Application Support for PeopleSoft HRNet
     
  • Troubleshoot issues both technical and functional as they arise
     
  • Work with other groups within and outside the IT Department in a coordinated
    fashion to complete assigned tasks
    Qualifications for PeopleSoft
    developer
  • Knowledgeable in multiple programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript)
     
  • Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft HCM modules and tables (Benefits, Payroll, Compensation,
    etc.) (v9 or later)
     
  • Oracle databases/performance tuning, 12g or higher
     
  • Linux/Shell scripting and working knowledge of Perl
     
  • Knowledge on Oracle 10g and version above the same
     
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Applications Developer/Lead
    supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules
