JOB DETAIL

    1. Strong understanding of the life and Annuity insurance industry and its technology needs
    2. Partner with business stakeholders in Life and Annuity to understand their challenges and priorities
    3. Provide clear and concise explanations of Life insurance and annuity products, tailoring recommendations to each business requirement
    4. Demonstrate very strong leadership , communication , with good business domain knowledge
    5. Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest life and Annuity product offerings or technology solutions
    6. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and achieve goals within life and Annuity
    7. Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders effectively
    8. Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure project success
    9. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    10. Possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities to navigate complex financial situations
    11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
    12. Having min 12+ years of experience
