•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
•    4+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on financial services, including experience with fixed income, capital markets, or related financial instruments.
•    Strong understanding of financial products (e.g., bonds, mortgages, asset-backed securities, interest rate derivatives) and financial concepts such as pricing, valuation, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
•    Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, QuantLib, Matplotlib, and other financial modeling tools.
•    Experience working with real-time market data feeds and financial trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Tradeweb).
•    Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
•    Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, databases, and big data technologies) is a plus.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
