JOB DETAIL

Project Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for providing support and assisting Project Managers with the daily functions of a project. These daily functions include, but are not limited to tracking budgets, submitting change requests, organizing project folders, assisting with the bid process, assist in

creating and updating PowerPoint presentations, policies, procedures and updating and editing the Cabling Standards document. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Submit and track Change Requests
  2. Submit and track purchase orders and change orders
  3. Track vendor invoices
  4. Track project budgets
  5. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  6. Create and edit Word and Excel documents
  7. Assist in creating and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project
  8. Organize project folders
  9. Occasionally attend site visits and walk-throughs
  10. Assist in scheduling work for vendors
  11. Create and produce meeting minutes
  12. Assist with organizing and obtaining project closeout documents
  13. Report on project status
  14. Experience working in HealthCare and medical device.
