8 to 10 years of experience managing complex cross-platform integration implementation projects

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, including IT, Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, Ops, Product, Sales and Marketing and external vendors to manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Strong collaboration skills, partnering with other Project Managers and overall Program Leads on a regular basis

Experience with project plans, Key Business Decisions, BRD’s, etc.

Experience managing implementation projects related to Conga Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management and/or Oracle CLM 

Experience managing projects related to: Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ (configure-price-quote)

Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories.

Plan, execute and deliver large-scale IT projects

Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary to ensure minimal impact on project timelines.

Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams to align IT integration goals with business objectives.

Track and report project progress using standardized project management tools and methodologies; strong MS 365 required

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
