3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow development and administration.

Strong understanding of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and IAM frameworks.

Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, or Okta.

Proficiency with Java, XML, REST APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell or Python).

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
