Are you a seasoned ServiceNow expert with a passion for designing and implementing innovative solutions? We’re looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and help drive excellence in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and more!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Optimize Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
• Enhance Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) for streamlined HR operations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Leverage Flow Designer for workflow automation.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and HRSD.
Skilled in integrations, REST, SOAP, and workflow automation.
Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow development, implementation, and optimization.
Bonus: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HRSD/ITSM, ITIL knowledge, Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
