Provide technical support and expertise for Salesforce and SaaS architecture design.
Manage and configure business workflows, data integration, and SQL operations.
Design, build, test, and deploy application configuration changes using Salesforce’s Copado DevOps platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system changes, creating detailed design specifications, user requirements, and integration specifications.
Maintain excellent documentation practices, including installation procedures and development summary reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, enhance processes, and support biotech, pharma, or CRO (Contract Research Organization) clients.
