Lead, direct, and develop scope of work for assigned projects.Facilitates project management, coordination, and facilitation of activities and communication for assigned projects.Responsible for independent action and judgement on assigned projects.Facilitate meetings with requesters and project stakeholders. Provide updates on status completion to stakeholders. Coordinate action on follow-up items. Provide and ensure agendas and meeting minutes are available.Oversee and manage contractors and provide instructions to ensure compliance with university regulations to include but not limited to procurement, parking, key access, site safety plans, etc.Manage project quality control and assurance. Responsible for identifying issues, solving problems, and present solutions.
