  12+ years of experience in Java development with a focus on application design, development, and architecture.

  Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, J2EE) and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).

  Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks).

  Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular/React is a plus.

  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to build, guide, and motivate a development team.

  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

  Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.).

  Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
