· Customize page layouts, fields, and objects Implement Flows, validation rules, and approval processes for automation

· Data Loading and Integration to Salesforce

· Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development

Integration with Backend Systems

· Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware.

· Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems

Training & Documentation

· Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation to facilitate adoption and ongoing support

Consulting Services

· Assist in the selection and procurement of relevant third-party apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.

· Install, configure, and customize chosen apps to meet specific requirements

· Examples: Conga Composer, AdobeSign, EzProtect

· Requirements Gathering, Scoping, & High-Level Deliverables

· Process & User Story Documentation

· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
