Project Manager

Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed the project sponsor’s specified expectations.
Ensure project activity and deliverables adhere to internal quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans with the project team members and business teams.
Define and manage project risks, investigating and resolving issues.
Create comprehensive project status reports highlighting critical issues for management and the team.
Lead and manage the delivery of projects with a focus on:
- Website and mobile app design and development
- Content production for web and social platforms
- Digital marketing strategy
Develop and maintain delivery approaches, ensuring projects follow established processes and procedures.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring project success and satisfaction.
Develop full-scale project plans, track milestones, and deliverables.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Work closely with the offshore delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.
Motivate and supervise team members, mentoring them to grow in their careers.
Conduct project closure meetings and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
