JOB DETAIL

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • At least seven years of professional experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques including regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for solving domain-specific problems.
  • Strong knowledge of feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AI techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and reinforcement learning for mid-level AI problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models and libraries (e.g., GPT models, Hugging Face) for augmenting data science applications.
  • Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and Explainable AI (XAI) techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib for creating engaging and insightful reports.
  • Background in telecom domains such as RF/OSS data analysis, network optimization, or customer analytics is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
