In this role, you will serve as a core senior member of the client team and will be responsible to analyze as-is state investor communication services architecture, business processes and dependencies, define and design capability-based cloud architecture for target-state on AWS. You will also, be responsible to design and develop investor communication services solutions along with a core team of engineers who would gather and provide feedback on as-is state.
- Experience working with large financial services client environments and multi geo teams.
- Proven ability working with client Business, Product Owners and Technology stake holders and managing expectations and communications independently.
• Experienced to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures leveraging industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business and technology goals.
- Experience working with executives and ability to build consensus between diverse and often conflicting interests, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve agreement on technical plans.
- Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation) and knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Experience in business process optimization and performance improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in the design of large-scale engines, batch intraday and real time, serving multiple regions.
- Design and architect robust solutions – proof of completing complex architectures
- Experience with cloud-first architectures and how to design solutions that take advantage of the opportunities they offer.
- Ensure cloud systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- The ideal candidate will have experience coaching senior engineers; working directly with clients; and helping to define and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
- Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience working with technical specialists in multiple projects and services, on problems that require broad architectural thinking.
