- HCM Knowledge: Not critical. Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 3-6 months.
- Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracle’s Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- RMC experience in the cloud is critical (on-premise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important).
- Should be experienced in internal audits, control definitions, building controls and profiles in the cloud.
- Hands-On Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC, not just high-level exposure.
- Techno-functional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise.
- Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial.
- Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected.
