JOB DETAIL

  • ServiceNow Expertise:
    • Experience with ServiceNow CSDM model.
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
    • Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management and Application Portfolio Management.
  • ITIL Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of the ITIL CMDB model and its application.
    • Comprehension of capabilities, business applications, services, products, and software packages.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure topology, including product, application, server, and networking configurations.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Collaboration:
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving and governance adherence capabilities.
