Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the discovery, design, and of end-to-end IT solutions that address customer needs and align with their business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to support innovative solutions in areas such as cloud computing, networking, security, and data management.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the primary technical authority, providing guidance and mentorship to solution engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align technical capabilities with go-to-market strategies.
- Establish technical best practices, frameworks, and processes that ensure high-quality delivery and repeatable success.
Client Engagement & Consultancy
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business drivers, current technology environments, and future IT roadmaps.
- Present technical strategies, architectural solutions, and value propositions to both technical and C-level audiences.
- Partner with customers on strategic planning, providing thought leadership on digital transformation and emerging technology trends.
- Partner & Vendor Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring access to the latest product roadmaps, trainings, and partner incentives.
- Collaborate with vendor solution architects and product teams to shape joint offerings and streamline solution delivery.
- Negotiate and coordinate technical engagements with partners to optimize solution performance and value-add for our customers.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding in design and architecture around Cloud, Data, Security, Networking, and related innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with competitive solution sets and design principal methodologies
- Proven knowledge in security, data protection, and compliance standards.
- CCIE/CISSP or other relevant industry certifications preferred
- Deep experience with traditional route/switch technologies, wireless technologies, software defined networking platforms
- Deep experience with networking/security solutions such as CASB, DLP, SDWAN, Private Access, Network Segmentation, etc.
- Experience with automation scripting/platforms such as Terraform, Hashicorp, Python, etc.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences inclusive of VP/C-Level leadership.
- Ability to quickly understand customer environments and tailor solutions to meet unique business requirements.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
