1. Strong Web Methods development experience
   1. Flow services
   2. Java services within Web Methods
   3. SOAP and REST API
2. Knowledge of TN, Broker, mws
3. Strong knowledge of XML and Json formats
4. Understanding of CAF and Optimize for process
5. Strong knowledge of relational DB (aka Oracle)
6. Good understanding of WM IS configurations
7. Good knowledge of shell scripting
8. Process Models Development
9. Source code management
10. Ability to code in standalone JAVA is a plus
11. Understanding of SDLC agile methodologies.
12. Strong communication and analytical skills
13. Experience in financial domain is a plus.
