Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards that transform raw data into meaningful information

Manage/coordinate day-to-day activities concerning business needs on reports and dashboards

Use technical expertise, improve reporting systems and processes, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Collaborate with different teams within IT and other business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements

Plan, design, build, and document comprehensive technical specifications ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation

Lead and mentor the Reporting Team, providing resources, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success

Collaborate and assist the IT Technical team with the management of data sources; ensure data quality, and optimize the data retrieval processes

Ensure compliance with JSOX processes and assist with audit requests

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics

Define processes and standard procedures, and manage the maintenance of reporting catalogs and technical documentation

What You Know

Strong experience on Lead Analytics resource with JavaScript and reporting tools.

Talent should have diverse knowledge of the reporting tools.

He should be really good in Javascript.

Have prior experience in leading the team in technical advisory can delivery lead capacity.

Reporting experience on the unstructured data would be an added advantage.

Core experience would include - ingesting the data from diverse sources into the reporting data warehouse. Running the reports on this data to address various business metrics and producing actionable insights.
