·       Need 10+ Years of Experience

·       Have at least 8+ years of coding experience

·       Must be proficient in Analytical and debugging skills

·       Must have experience in design and creating design specs

·       Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

·       Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices

·       Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture

·       Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, testing and software improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·       8+ years of Mainframe software engineering and testing experience including but not limited any of the following:

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in CICS skills in background transaction processing and developing screens.

·       Mandatory 3 years’ experience in DB2

·       Mandatory 5 years’ experience in developing COBOL programs

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in JCL

·       Knowledge of MQ development will be a plus

·       Knowledge of JAVA development will be a plus

·       Knowledge of API will be a plus
