JOB DETAIL

  • priority 1-Tech PM with credit card exp
  • 14 or more years of experience as Technical Project Manager in IT with emphasis on APIs and/or digital channels.
  • Minimum of 12 years of Technical Enterprise project/program management experience in the banking industry preferrably with credit card launch experience.
  • API development experience with integration across various channels, partners, vendors, experience and managing the dependencies on release across teams is required.
  • Good understanding of the banking Integrations including the core processor, identity provider, fraud tools etc , and bring together the best-in-class experience across digital channels in a bank.
  • Experience to develop & managing plans for the project, covering coordination, dependencies between technology teams, SIT, Info Security , Penetration testing, performance testing etc
  • Experience and good understanding of technology operations knowledge transfer & turn over and cloud Infrastructure work
  • Experience in vendor Implementation Management including onboarding and coordination of technology due diligence, Vendor partnerships along with delivery process alignment across vendor partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Jira Tool, Service Now, Confluence and processes.
  • Experience managing technology project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Drives problem resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Possess skills to analyze a situation and make decisions or recommendations based on the data.
  • Experienced with developing and delivering presentations to all levels, including CxOs.
  • Quick learner. Possess mindset to learn and adopt newer technologies in the field.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external business and technical partners.
  • Banking and financial services experience is required with strong communication skills.
