• Development and Administration: Design, develop, refactor/repoint, and administer Microstrategy solutions for the analytics platform migration project.

• Data Migration: Lead the migration of analytics data from existing platforms to the new analytics platform, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

• Performance Tuning: Optimize Microstrategy reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.

• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the migration of analytics data and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Microstrategy configurations, migration strategies, and performance tuning activities.
