- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement best practices and standards across the SPM platform.
- Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow SPM or PPM modules.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
