• 4+ years of experience including all of the following, ideally leading testing for substantial pieces of major initiatives
• test planning
• refinement of user stories to include clear exit criteria
• test case documentation & execution
• coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT)
• tracking and analysis of test results and summary of test results for team and management consumption
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium, including both setting up and maintaining existing frameworks
• Formal QA training a significant advantage
• somebody who has help architect and lead selenium testing could be a bonus, not essential
• Financial Services not important

We need seriously experienced people with analytical skills and minds who have operated successfully in disciplined environments where people proactively document all sorts of things - process flows, meeting action items, requirements, test cases and test results, BRDs. And they are used to setting deadlines for everything and don’t need to be pushed to do it.
The people we don’t want (for PM, BA, testing or any other roles) are the ones who have only worked in agile environments, as it’s becoming more clear that they tend not to have any game or skills. They come to us with some experience sitting on calls and updating JIRA items and - quite literally - that is it.
