- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with Pega PRPC development (version 7.x or higher).
- In-depth understanding of Pega’s architecture, data models, and rules engine.
- Proficient in Pega rule types (Activities, Data Transformations, Decision Tables, etc.).
- Experience with Pega BPM frameworks (Case Management, Business Process Management).
- Strong understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Pega UI customization.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Pega with external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
