JOB DETAIL

1. Data Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of healthcare-related data, including financial transactions, payments, and other metrics. Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
2. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
3. Determine descriptions and analysis of Operations and Client needs, business impacts and system process functionality.
4. Analyze individual program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
5. Managing application management and Intensive research and analysis of new techniques to improve productivity.
6. Generates regular reports and analyze the clients data to monitor accounts receivable, track payments and adjustments.
7. Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
8. Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
9. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Ensure reconciliation processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in effective communication to understand their needs, provide support, and address reconciliation-related issues.
