    • Migrate the Groovy based Jenkins pipelines to Harness using a tool/framework.
    • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and error recovery.
    • Implement deployment strategies such as canary releases, blue/green deployments, and rolling updates.
  • Integration Management:
    • Integrate Harness with source control tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), container registries, and artifact repositories (e.g., Docker Hub, Artifactory).
    • Enable seamless communication with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk).
    • Ensure tight coupling with testing frameworks and security scanning tools (e.g., Selenium, SonarQube).
    • Establish the Quality Gates as part of the Quality Engineering processes systematically.
  • Automation and Scripting:
    • Automate repetitive tasks through scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
    • Develop custom scripts and templates to extend Harness capabilities as needed.
    • Ensure Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or Pulumi for reproducible infrastructure provisioning.
  • Kubernetes and Cloud Deployments:
    • Experience in building Kubernetes-based deployments on platforms like GKE, EKS, or AKS.
    • Collaborate with cloud engineers to implement multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud CI/CD strategies.
    • Utilize service mesh technologies like Istio for traffic routing during deployments.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
    • Monitor pipeline performance and resolve issues in real-time using tools like Harness Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.
    • Perform root cause analysis for failed builds or deployments and implement preventive measures.
    • Implement post-deployment health checks and rollback mechanisms.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Enforce security policies in pipelines, including secret management, RBAC, and compliance checks.
    • Integrate Harness with tools like Hashi Corp Vault or similar for secure credential management.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR in CI/CD workflows.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with development teams to integrate CI/CD processes into the software development lifecycle.
    • Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with FinOps teams to align pipeline processes with cost optimization goals.
