–    Have 10+ years of hands on experience in providing technical expertise in  IT projects , enterprise integration solution and SOA
–    Well versed with best practices in software design & development using Kafka , Spark & Streaming Frameworks (Flink)
–     Have very good hands on experience in integrating Kafka components with streaming framework like Flink for event driven programming use cases
–    Expert in development of highly scalable & efficient core Java applications.
–    Experience in developing UI based applications using Java/React ( Good to have)
–    Good knowledge of RDBM ( Oracle/ SQL Server )
–    Good knowledge of Lake house and Big Data solutions (Spark/Azure/Databricks )
–    Have a good knowledge of Data Warehouse solutions.
–    Have a fairly good knowledge of AI/ML modelling
–    Have a fairly good knowledge of Financial Services domain
–    Have experience in leading a team of technocrats, especially for high performance, large scale systems
–    Have excellent understanding of object oriented design, database design and development.
–    Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team.
