Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident (MI) calls, providing Linux expertise and observability insights
- Identify and implement appropriate service level integrators to ensure optimal infrastructure availability
- Collaborate with application teams, support groups, and service providers to establish and refine observability processes and solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain observability frameworks for Linux-based systems
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions using shell scripting and other relevant technologies
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud provisioning tasks
- Quickly adapt to and learn new observability tools as needed
