- Develop and incorporate business processes to enhance the current applications using Oracle based technologies.
- Write and modify PL/SQL programs based on the requirements to extract data, integration, schedule jobs, application enhancements.

- Production support with specific emphasis on the development of changes related to data bound queries, sql tuning, pl/sql enhancements to get improved performance.
- Develop data interfaces, data transfer, relational diagrams, scheduling and application code management.
- Collaborate development activities with other team members.
- Create technical specification and other documents as required.
- Design, develop and write pl/sql code and enhance application code, tune sql code to get better performance. Developing relational data models and designs
- Identify issues with the application data, analyze and apply and provide emergency release and production support. Review application server issues and provide resolution.
- Write data exchange interfaces, job scheduling
- Update quality center defects/enhancements including test steps; code changes to build the knowledge base.
- Collaborate development and integration activities with other team members. Work with business groups, internal-external team to understand requirement to write efficient system programs.
- Provide support for production application.
- Good oral and written communication skills are required.
- Applicants must have strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously in aggressive environment including off hours support.
- Applicants must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environmental changes.
- Knowledge in software package installation, change management, and testing is preferable.
- Candidate should be able to translate functional requirement, build relational model and transfer relational model into technical design and application code.
- Knowledge of the scripting language is highly desirable.
- Candidate should be an excellent team player and independently able to research and provide resolution for any production support.
