7+ years of experience in implementing and managing with Workday advanced comp capabilities .
In-depth understanding of end-to-end impacts involving related processes such as career development planning, skills management, and internal mobility.
Workday Pro Certification(s).
Working experience with other HR systems and familiarity with Workday extend.
Working knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and alerts configuration.
Experience in integrating with third-party vendors .
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
