5+ years of experience in ETL development, with a strong background in data integration and migration projects.

Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, or equivalent platforms.

Hands-on experience with AWS services like Glue, Redshift, S3, and Lambda for data engineering tasks.

Experience working with mainframe data (e.g., VSAM, DB2, flat files) and converting it to modern relational or NoSQL databases.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala for custom ETL solutions.

Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data warehouse best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
