Business Analyst

·Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.

·Facilitate meetings with teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

·Translate business needs into clear and actionable documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, and workflows.

·Collaborate with teams involved in data warehousing to understand the data structure and requirements.

·Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define the information necessary to create custom dashboards for analytics and reporting purposes.

·Support the project team by ensuring requirements are met and assist in resolving any business-side challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

·Demonstrated experience as a business-focused Business Analyst, with expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.

·Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data storage, retrieval, and integration.

·Familiarity with creating or specifying requirements for custom dashboards used for data visualization.

·Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and diverse stakeholders.

·Ability to work efficiently within a short-term, high-priority assignment.

·Previous experience working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
