•    Ability to align both business and technical teams and build trust among these teams

•    8 years+ experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology coupled with project/program management experience Prior hands-on manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience in the electronics industry and/or supply chain consulting experience
•    Experience in managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model Additional language fluency 
•    Experience leading and developing talent
•    Preferred - Master degree in Business (MBA), Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
