- Development and Customization:
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces in ServiceNow using UI Builder and Workspace capabilities.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow components to align with business requirements.
- Leverage Now Experience Framework to create reusable UI components.
- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workspace and UI solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new interfaces and workflows.
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Integration and Implementation:
- Integrate external data sources and APIs into ServiceNow to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Implement data visualizations and dashboards within the workspace environment.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and improve the performance and responsiveness of ServiceNow workspaces.
- Identify and resolve UI/UX issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process owners, architects, and developers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers or team members.
- Conduct regular code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
