JOB DETAIL

  • Production migration/deployment of artifacts & associated files
  • Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev & incident management) support, L2 (Complex Incident Management), L3 (Complex Dev)
  • Continuous Platform Optimizations to improve Resiliency, Up-time, and resolution of Vulnerabilities within SLA
  • Enforce platform governance & standards
  • Platform Support for major, minor & patch releases (EBFs)
  • Development and refinement of dashboards for monitoring capacity planning and platform resiliency
  • Execute annual Disaster Recovery & Password rotation exercises
  • Assist with Audit requests
  • Platform Health Reporting, Weekly and Monthly Executive Status Reporting
  • Implement Continuous Improvement & Automation opportunities
  • Platform Upgrade Support
  • License Management
  • To manage and support the platforms 24*7 on rotational shift basis.
  • To learn new platform management technologies and tools as a part of the cross-skilling exercise in Project life cycle.
