Solid understanding of Project Management and Project Management Office

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices

Demonstrated experience building and driving people and culture programs from the ground up

Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks

Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, on and work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Excellent research, decision-making, and organizational skills are required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project or similar project management tool

Work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction while keeping the team informed

Possess a mastery of basic/generic data skills (tools & concepts)

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and other guidelines where appropriate
