Minimum of two years of professional experience in GIS, cartography, CADD, or a related specialty.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and Portal; expertise in Experience Builder and Dashboard skills.
Experience in using FME or Data Interoperability tools is advantageous.
Required experience with ArcPro and web services; Spatial Analyst expertise and Esri Enterprise (SDE via Catalog) databases knowledge are beneficial.
Proven ability to update and maintain metadata for both new and existing open data elements using Esri and other technological tools to evaluate data quality.
