JOB DETAIL

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on critical aspects such as project scheduling.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Advise clients on best practices and encourage the adoption of out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Document detailed requirements and specifications.
  • Configure the system to meet client needs.
  • Work independently with developers to develop RICEFW objects.
  • Direct resources and peers, providing daily guidance, leading, and facilitating workshops.
  • Develop and finalize deliverables, including business process design documents, configuration guides, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test use cases.
  • Oversee all phases of system testing to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide comprehensive training to clients on system usage.
  • Qualifications:

  • Authorized: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in lease accounting.
  • Solution Knowledge: Proficiency in lease accounting software, including SAP Contract and Lease Management (CLM), SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), PowerPlan Lease Accounting, or other ASC 842 compliant lease packages, is essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO and/or SAP capital cost flow is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to lease accounting and ASC 842.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and build strong working relationships.
