Collaborate with the Project Manager on critical aspects such as project scheduling.
Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
Advise clients on best practices and encourage the adoption of out-of-the-box solutions.
Document detailed requirements and specifications.
Configure the system to meet client needs.
Work independently with developers to develop RICEFW objects.
Direct resources and peers, providing daily guidance, leading, and facilitating workshops.
Develop and finalize deliverables, including business process design documents, configuration guides, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test use cases.
Oversee all phases of system testing to ensure quality and functionality.
Provide comprehensive training to clients on system usage.
Qualifications:
Authorized: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer
Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in lease accounting.
Solution Knowledge: Proficiency in lease accounting software, including SAP Contract and Lease Management (CLM), SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), PowerPlan Lease Accounting, or other ASC 842 compliant lease packages, is essential.
Knowledge of SAP FICO and/or SAP capital cost flow is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to lease accounting and ASC 842.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
