The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in c#, python, and c++ programming languages. The role involves leading a team of developers, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the implementation of solutions using c#, python, and c++
2. Design, develop, and test software applications in c#, python, and c++
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle
