Understanding of S4 Production Planning with strong MES (any) integration. 
If they know S4 PEO that would be bonus. and configuration considerations include the following Configurations and Activities Shop floor routing Management - Create operations, operation activities and link with Components, PRT, Work instructions etc. 
Configure Major Assembly production Custom Development knowledge. 
Create and Maintain HR qualifications Knowledge of and experience with SAP CAMS/Shop Floor Automation
Knowledge of integration points of SAP MES to other SAP components like PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, CO etc. 
Conduct Business Process workshops and analysis
Bringing in Aerospace & Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, Heavy & complex Industries and shipbuilding best practices 
Knowledge of shop-floor systems, including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Historians integration Interest to learn DMC Offering from SAP S/4 HANA project experience is preferred Experience with SAP Implementation
