 This is not a Not a mobile app developer.   It’s a web app / website developer.   Basically when the web app is developed in React, and it’s opened on a mobile device, it needs to look right.    We have been on our phone and typed in a website and I’ve seen things that look terrible and don’t look right where they are not accessible and the screen does t scale right.   Those sites are not “mobile friendly” or developed with technology that enables them to be read from a PC or a mobile phone.  

NOTE: We are NOT developing mobile apps that someone can download load from iTunes or Google store… that is a totally different Type of developer.  If someone is a mobile app developer, they would not be right.   We need a WEB DEVELOPER WITH STRONG REACT experience.. 

If we can’t find a front end, web developer with strong react experience, then we might be able to consider a very strong Java script developer who has some react experience, but that will not be until we exhaust the react search.   I am confident we will find a strong REACT WEB DEVELOPER 

Angular will NOT WORK as all of our web apps use react js, not angular.
