Job Scope:
• Provides executive governance of complex Transition and/or Transformation programs from development to implementation to include oversight of multiple (global) work groups and project towers
• Matrix manages all project resources to ensure successful project completion across product towers and functional areas
• When applicable meets minimumly on a monthly basis with FP&A to review P&L report
• Serves as a primary executive point of contact to customers
• Ensure all processes are documented, communicated and ensure those processes efficiently working for the project
• Oversee all Transition and Transformation planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management
• Oversee all TPV support globally, requirements, costs, deliverables and contract performance related to the project
• Define and manage project activities to meet Vz goals for financial performance
• Develop and manage deliverables to plan vs actual
• Communicates & translates functional/operational goals into team goals
• Support Verizon Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices
• Build communication channels with internal departments such as Sales, Solutions & Service while acting as primary customer interface
• Regular and proactive customer communications (verbal/written) to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily
• Act as primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings to include tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing reports and meeting minutes to stakeholders
• Receives some supervision and has some latitude on achieving objectives related to a specific program task, project or initiative
• Ensure the CSM/PMO conducts the first invoice review (FIR) and last invoice review (LIR) at the end of the project lifecycle
• Ensure owning resource (Sales or CSM/PMO) completes Transformation contract compliance
• Maintain and publish status for all projects in progress
• Validate data in PEGA/Clarity for projects and project requests
• Develop and produce ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly status reporting on projects, resource needs, requirements, and availability using PEGA/Clarity, MicroSoft (MS) and Google tools
• Leads and develops project plans for Medium/Large multi-towered projects (50-500 sites) and/or a single knowledge area or product tower, including the assigned project billable hours, hours billed against the project and estimated hours to complete the project against remaining project phases and milestones.
• Provides support and/or direction to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems
• Provides and implements recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area
• Regular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are readily addressed
• Responsible to provide custom reporting and project reporting for PRP metrics
• Participate and oversee all project relevant governance meetings are held within contract framework
• Responsible for satisfying customer expectations on ROI, product quality, functionality and timely delivery
• Participates in organizational initiatives as required
