- Understanding of Peoplesoft architecture, modules, and components.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.).
- Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid User Interface development is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex problems and deliver creative solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with JavaScript scripting
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Effective communication and collaborative skills
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP/HRIS systems
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on solving complex problems.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to identify potential issues and propose innovative solutions.
