HRIS Administration and Data Management
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionalities, including
employee records, time tracking, payroll, and benefits management.
• Manage and track employee status changes (e.g., onboarding,
transfers, terminations, leaves of absence).
• Ensure seamless data integration across platforms (e.g., SAP
SuccessFactors, Kronos, Applicant Pro).
• Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory regulations,including OFCCP reporting and payroll tax updates.
• Track and manage contractor details, including agreements, work authorizations, and spend by project. Workflow and Process Automation
• Develop and implement automated workflows for HR processes,including hiring, onboarding, separation, and benefit enrollments.
• Create system-based grievance, disciplinary, and appraisal workflows with proper record-keeping.
• Configure job requisition and approval workflows tied to SuccessFactors and Applicant Pro. Reporting and Analytics
• Generate reports and dashboards for employee headcount, compliance training, certifications, emergency contacts, and compensation.
• Provide managers with access to self-service analytics, including team calendars, time and attendance, and performance metrics.
• Develop Total Rewards statements and forecast organizational compensation plans.
Payroll and Benefits Integration
• Configure payroll systems to handle diverse pay types, deductions, and benefits calculations.
• Ensure seamless payroll posting from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to SAP S/4HANA.
• Integrate data with benefits providers and maintain a single view
of benefits for employees. System Enhancements and Training
• Standardize job titles and roles across the organization and align them with SAP structures.
• Convert HR paper documents to electronic formats and attach them toemployee records.
• Train employees and managers on corporate policies and the use of self-service HRIS functionalities.
